How is your swimwear sustainable?
Our swim is as sustainable as you can get! We won't dive too much into it as you can check out our sustainability page and get all the info you need, but we'll narrow it down for you. Our outer fabrics are made from regenerated materials by ECONYL which are made from old carpets & fishing nets and our lining is made from PET recycled plastic bottles! We are made to order ensuring no fabric wastage and our straps & scrunchies are made from the off cuts too small to be made into a piece of swimwear. Plus all of our packaging is compostable or recyclable! Including the tissue paper we wrap your orders in, our stickers and the post bags.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
We do not offer refunds as a made to order business but are more than happy to issue a credit note if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
Where are your products made?
All of our swimwear is handmade by Charlee and her team in QLD, Australia.
When can I expect to receive my swimwear?
All orders from our swim range take 2-4 business days to make, so please be patient with us. If you are concerned about your order or have any questions about this please send an enquiry through the Contact Us page. Also, please refer to the Shipping page for estimated delivery times.
How do I choose my size?
Our swimwear is made from sizes XS-3XL.
Our sizing chart is available as a guide, but if you are still unsure then please get in contact with us at hello@charleeswim.com - and please provide as much information as possible (cup size, what size you normally wear in swim & any other concerns).
How much is shipping?
Express postage (1-3 business days) - $10
Standard postage (3-5 business days) - $8 (Free for orders over $200)
Both include tracking.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We love our international customers. Our shipping fee for New Zealand is $15 for standard and $20 for express. Everywhere else is a flat $25 fee.
How do I care for my swimmers?
We recommend rinsing them in cold, fresh water after use and laying them to dry flat in the shade. Please see our full list of care instructions here.
Do you do custom make?
Unfortunately we don't have enough time for custom made swim. We ensure to produce a variety of styles that will suit everyone.
What if I'm in a rush to receive my order?
Please send us an email at hello@charleeswim.com before you place your order to see if we can accomodate this - most of the time we can & will do everything we can to get your swimmers out on time. We also recommend selecting express shipping at the checkout to ensure you get the fastest delivery possible.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, and Afterpay. Afterpay is available in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. There is a minimum spend of $40 through Afterpay.
