RETURNS POLICY
Can I return my swim?
Yes! Although being a made to order and sustainable brand we only issue credit notes at this time. Please get in contact with us if you have a sizing question and we'd be happy to help!
We are happy to offer 100% credit notes (excluding shipping) on full priced/flash sale items when:
The items have been unworn, unwashed & bottoms have been tried on with underwear.
For hygiene reasons, if we believe this has not been the case we have the right to not accept your return. The tags still are still attached. The hygiene sticker still remains on the bottoms. The items are in saleable condition. The goods have been sent back within 14 business days of receiving them (for Aus customers) & 21 days for International customers. We understand there can be postage delays so at the very least we ask that you put in your return request 5 days after receiving them in the post.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Over the Christmas period we will be offering extended returns on full price items only. The returns window will be 4 weeks from date of delivery.
CONDITIONS
As we make to order we do not offer refunds.
We only offer credit notes during this busy time and not exchanges. We will email you with a credit note code and you will need to check out through the website again.
Your items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
International orders must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
Exchange postage costs are at the owners expense.
Returns may take up to 5 business days to process.
Credit notes will be issued as a coupon code and will be valid upon 3 years from date received.
For faulty items, these will be inspected upon delivery and if granted, a
replacement, alteration (if fixable), or refund will be given.
Charlee Swim cannot take any responsibility for the loss/damage of any item being returned by the customer. If you are worried, please include a tracking number.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch immediately as we start preparing & making your swim as soon as your order comes in.
We will refund you if notified as soon as possible minus the transaction fee of your order. This transaction fee differs depending on the server you checked out with. (Afterpay, PayPal, ZipPay).
If we have already started the process of making your order then we cannot comply with your request as that is unfair on us. Thank you for understanding.
