Returns

RETURNS POLICY 

We are happy to offer exchanges and credit notes on full priced items when:
- the items have been unworn
- the tags still remain attached
- the hygiene sticker still remains attached on bottoms
- the items are in saleable condition 
- the goods have been sent back within the time frame stated below 
Please email us at info@charleeswim.com.au or get in contact via the Contact Us page to return an item. 
CONDITIONS
We do not offer refunds.
We do not offer exchanges/credit notes on sale items. 
Your items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange postage costs are at the owners expense. Please include a return postage satchel with your items. If this has not been done we will contact you regarding payment for return postage. 
Returns may take up to 7 business days to process.
Credit notes will be issued as a coupon code and will be valid upon one year from date received. 
For faulty items, these will be inspected upon delivery and if granted, a
replacement, alteration (if fixable), or refund will be given. 

 

Charlee Swim cannot take any responsibility for the loss/damage of any item being returned by the customer. If you are worried, please include a tracking number. 

*Please note that if the item nominated for exchange has sold out before we physically receive it in the studio than we cannot replace your item with that said sold out item. You will have to choose another in-stock piece or receive a credit note.
